The Shadow is the most personal thing I've written. It is not a productivity book. It is not a business strategy. It is a quiet examination of the parts of us that move us before we understand why — the patterns of love, attachment, memory, fear, and the unseen self that decide most of our lives long before our minds catch up.
I wrote this book over years, in the spaces between everything else I do. It came out of watching myself, watching others, and noticing that the same patterns kept repeating across very different lives. The book is my attempt to put some of those patterns into words — gently, honestly, and without claiming to have answers.
